Survivor's guilt My world atilt Once third generation Ever again in my nation Destruction Abduction No truths, just obstruction Our lives no stability, constantly set in fluxion Down south is the horror Up north is the threat In between is the fear of what's not happened yet Protesters protesting pro our extinction Babies or soldiers, no more a distinction Never again was our rallying cry Crying aloud we will never again die Alone and afraid with no one to our aid Our army, our nation, our spirit cascades You call out in hatred We answer with love To parents To children To god up above Your people are just an excuse for your war Our people are all that is worth fighting for So never again we will say once again With hope that this time you will all say amen
